Shipment
Shipments in Italy and abroad are made through MAC 23 SAS. As required by the laws governing trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Orders are shipped by MAC 23 SAS, from Monday to Friday from 10: 00-19: 30. Orders placed over the weekend will be handled starting from the following Monday morning.
Orders for items already available are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.
In all cases MAC 23 SAS reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events with force majeure occur.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with MAC 23 SAS and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the customer refuses to deliver the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs, charged to MAC 23 SAS, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
MAC 23 SAS shipments are insured free of charge against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity.
