Returns
If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unworn items can be returned for size change or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Return Instructions
To request a return authorization, you must send an email to web@chicchiginepri.it indicating the order number, the items to be returned and requesting the return form. Once the procedure has been completed, Chicchi Ginepri will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (and the return form with the instructions to be respected to return the goods. The return shipping costs are charged to the buyer. unless otherwise defined via whatsapp.

There are 2 types of compensation:
Change size
It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure.
Reimbursement
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Chicchi Ginepri warehouses and the items will be checked.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking system of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be returned to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
